CIE comes out top
in customer survey
Ninety-eight per cent of Cambridge International Centres
would recommend CIE to other schools, according to our 2009
Customer Satisfaction Survey.
The survey was sent to schools in May 2009, and the results
show that we have achieved an impressive overall satisfaction
rating of 9 out of 10. We are really pleased to hear such
good feedback.
We carry out a Customer Satisfaction Survey every year to
check that Centres are happy with our performance and to
find out any areas for improvement. We ask schools to rate
us on a wide range of issues from customer service to accuracy
of results and technical support, such as CIE Direct.
This year’s survey shows that there have been improvements
in satisfaction across nearly all CIE services. Customers
say that they are particularly satisfied with exam entry
processes, results, provision of exam materials, and customer
service.
In 2010, we will be adding even more services to support
teachers and students, such as our new Ask CIE facility
which will provide an online bank of answers to frequently
asked questions. Look out for more news on this soon.
Thank you to everyone who responded to our survey. We are
looking at your comments carefully and they will feed into
our programme of continuous improvement. We will announce
developments following the survey over the next few months.
